The stone appears to be missing a significant part of its inscription at the top and right proper side.

The last two lines are written in Greek

and are from the Greek New Testament 3 John 1:14.  The English translation is: “But I hope to see you soon, and we will speak face to face.” Translation by Dr. Cristiana Zaccagnino, Queen’s University, Kingston, ON.
